IOWAGA products and documentation

The main outcome of the project is the IOWAGA-Ifremer data base accessible via ftp.

This comes together with software tools, and model code, as well as wave data used for validation and calibration of the model :

• Ifremer altimeter observation data base
• IOWAGA wave validation data
• GLOBWAVE project (altimeters and SARs)
• technical information about the models and their results

Outside wave-related activities

• Wave forecasting: Marc, NOAA/NCEP , ...
• Space agencies: European Space Agency , CNES ...
